Re: help plse, no fwd....too fast reverse
Sorry but that diagram scottyb posted does not work for your micro switch #3.
That one is for a 3 wire VGlide (it adds a resistor in series), You have a 2 Wire VGlide (the resistor is added in parallel). Use the original wiring diagram that 93yellowclubcar posted. Here is a High Resolution Wiring Diagram if You cannot read the other one well. Edit: There is nothing wrong with Your micro switch #3 wiring, I only mentioned it in case you want to use that circuit to prevent the cart from going fast on forward. |

Re: help plse, no fwd....too fast reverse
Time out. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer here, so slap me around if you want. sparky says he has 94 36v. controller cart. Scotty's diagram says on it that it's for 95 and up. Sergio's diagram is for a 48volt with a OBC and warning light. I believe 93yellow's diagram is what applies here.

Re: help plse, no fwd....too fast reverse
Good catch, I thought a had a high definition version, guess not
The good news is that the throttle and half-speed circuit works the same, but the 36v uses a 5.1kΩ resistor for half-speed, so in this case it would be 100% power on reverse without any resistors in the VGlide Edit: Found one for that Year model |

Re: help plse, no fwd....too fast reverse
It took me a long time to find a clear diagram copy for my cart.

Congratulations! Have fun with those grandkids, and take care of that cart, IMO that is one of the finest drive systems CC ever produced.
