Average Run Time on 48 v's?
Can anyone give me an idea of average or expected run time on a 6 x 8v 48v configuration?
Mileage or length of run time at full throttle? 'preciate it |

A healthy battery pack should give 100-110 minutes of run time.

Re: Average Run Time on 48 v's?
Here is an example of some data I collected last year:
April 24th, 2014. 75°F. Distance -14.3 miles. Battery voltage after 30min. rest -50.3 (15%used 85%remaining). Avg speed-10.8, Max speed-24.9, Actual moving time- 1hour and 19 min. Stop and go driving with some cruising. The batteries are a 6 pack of Crown 190Ah 8v. At the time they only had 19 cycles on them. I am getting a consistent 10% better range than when the cart was 36v with 225AH 6v batteries. This isn't exactly what you asked but I have no place where I could run the cart flat out for more than about half a mile. Hope it helps a little. |
