How many times did You do it?

It takes 4 - plug and unplug cycles to simulate 1 motor revolution.

It takes 12.315 motor revolutions to turn the wheel 1 time.

It takes 2 seconds of motion before the reverse buzzer sounds, but the walk away brake should engage before that.

I would image at least 36 to 48 cycles of plugging and unplugging the paper clip would be needed before the controller engages the walk away brake.

Just visually look at it to make sure is not missing a big chunk.

Since You have an IQ controller, you could be missing 1/2 of the magnet and the cart would actually run faster.

I am going to replace the magnet and speed sensor and see what happens!
