Sergio, yes I am, for the brief moment when the solenoid closes, then it bleeds off right away, as it drops.

since every once in awhile, the cart will engage, I was wondering if that means the controller is good
?
I definitely get 2 errors with my hand held, low voltage ( 46 volts) ( they are actually 50.8 volts), and main drop out.

In the first picture it appears the stack order is wrong on the controller B+ terminal.

Is that the walk away relay power wire between the motor wire and contactor buss bar/fuse?

Did you jump that buss bar between solenoid and controller B+ to make sure it is not causing a voltage drop?

Sergio, I have never heard there was a stacking order, ever?? Does it make a difference??

I just looked, the first wire on the B+ terminal, is a # 12 or 10 red wire with blue stripe, and that wire has a white marker on it that says "18". I don't know what that wire is or where it goes.

On top of that wire, is the copper buss bar coming from the solenoid.
On top of the buss bar, is the main fat red cable.

Does this tell you anything?

Always put the high amperage cables first, followed by the lower amperage.

The most current will flow between the buss bar and the cable going to the motor.

That small gauge cable could cause the controller to see less voltage.

You should have the buss bar flush with the controller, then the motor A1, then the walk away power.

Sergio, I just swapped the wires. Stacking order is bar, cable, small red wire.

Cart moved for about the first 4 times I stepped on pedal, then it dropped out.

My hand held now says the same thing errors, low battery voltage and main drop out.

Also hand held shows 46 volts, when in fact it is 50.8??

What do you think?

That monitor voltage I think comes from pin #4 of the 24pin connector.

Make sure you are getting pack voltage there, if not trace it back from there.

The lowered voltage when relay off is the actual voltage. The precharge circuit is normally a little lower than actual pack voltage. My prior posts were referring to curtis AC powered Star (ordered from the factory with HPEV system) that is common around here, sorry. So, the large output terminal from the solenoid is lower when the solenoid is not active, correct?

Sergio, with key on, black lead on controller B- and red lead stuck into pin #4, along side the skinny red wire, I read 47 volts??/

So that is the same number the handheld is picking up? Is voltage being brought to that #4 terminal from the red wire, or is voltage leaving the controller and traveling somewhere on that red wire?
