Default DPI Error Code

When I plug my DPI accusense charger in all that happens is a slow red flash of the power light. The product manual states that the charger should first go through a test to verify battery connection and state prior to giving an error. What can this power flashing red mean or are their any other tests I can do?

I drive it weekly and have not been having any issues, reading about 39 volts.

One more thing I noticed while troubleshooting it was it warms up without being plugged into the cart. Most of the chargers I've had before only worked if plugged into the cart.

Go to Dpi.com and download the service manual and see if any of the conditions to you.

Condition Power Abnormal Detection
Battery Voltage High Off Off Flash
Battery Polarity Reversed Off Flash Off
Output Overload Off Flash Flash
Charge Level Unbalanced Flash Off Off
Excessive Charging Time Flash Off Flash
Excessive Overload Flash Flash Off
Excessive Discharged Flash Flash Flash

If that isn't any help it has a 3 yr warranty. Sorry that didn't paste correctly but see the manual.

A new board will fix this, called DPI and they sent a new one which I installed in about two minutes. Plugged it in to 120V and it immediately started going through it precharge checks and began charging.
