Default 2002 ez go txt 36v

I just got a free cart. No batteries. But it has the charger. The only thing I see wrong with it is lots of dust and the wires from the key switch are missing. What gauge are they? And is this the wiring diagram? Also, I have to give you a picture of this mess.
