EZGO-Tires-Part-2
Morning gentlemen,
A few weeks ago i posted the question about which tire would last the longest and so forth and I ended up getting the 23x10r-12 Excel Street Fox Radial. Now fast forward to yesterday...... HOW IN THE WORLD DO I BREAK THE BEAD ON THE TIRE??????????? I have changed truck, tractor, motor cycle, 4-Wheeler etc tires and have never run upon a beast like this, I cannot break the bead.... You guys have to tell me the secret!! Thanks, PuJo |

Re: EZGO-Tires-Part-2
I've never mounted or dismounted anything heavier than a bicycle tire and I haven't done any of those in decades, but I suspect your question would be easier to answer if what make/model tire you are having trouble dismounting from the rim was given rather than the tire you are planning on mounting on the rim.

But you have to beat the heck out of them. Do you have a wood splitter? You can use it to break them. Have a front end loader? Or just cut them off with a grinder or sawzall. |

Re: EZGO-Tires-Part-2
You will likely need tools to put the new tires on too so take them to a tire shop.
