Voltage reducer bad?
My led lights worked fine for a week. Now they do not. Voltage reducer tested at install put out 12 volts....now only putting out 3. What causes that?

Try disconnecting your lights from the reducer and see if it recovers to 12V. Make sure there are no blown fuses. (Yes your reducer should be fused on both the input and output side!) If not, your reducer is toast.
