What voltage do they reach when near the end of the charge cycle. Also, the variation between the different batteries is pretty wide, not a good sign.

For what it's worth, I have noticed that, at times, my meter bars delay in showing true charge until the cart is driven a short distance. What I mean is that, after a full charge, the meter will still show a diminished state. Once I get in the cart and drive (normally only a few feet) the meter "catches up" and displays the full charge. Something to think about is all.

You must have one of the Chinese knock-off meters. The Curtis meter does not reset until a specific high voltage is reached during charge. Also, it has a 6-minute delay, which is to reduce false readings due to load based fluctuations. This means it will allow you to drive 6 minutes from your house with weak batteries before it drops, telling you it's "not full".
