Default black canopy

Quick question. Does/did they ever make the older ds roof/canopy [mine] in molded black plastic? Not sure if it is a factory or aftermarket. Branches and other abuse are taking a toll on my quickie fusion paint job.

I've only seen white/ivory, but we have several of them at the hunting club that were rhino-lined/plastic liner lined. It works GREAT and does not come off...

Thanks! On the topic of gravelguard/bedliner for painting stuff, we have a deckover trailer painted with it, and suppose it is a silly point, but birdturd is not easy to clean off. I know it sticks real well in the rough surface of the trailer. Anyone else find this?

This. It works fantastic. For about 4-5 spray cans worst you can get a very durable black finish. Easy. And for about 30-35 dollars versus 350 +.

Holy Crap, I never dreamed that a molded piece of plastic [canopy] could be so dear! Since I seem to be in the right place for guys who love bedliner, can anyone recommend a rattle can liner that lays down smooth? By smooth [or as an old buddy sez, "soooomovvvvve", I don't mean like paint but not like sandpaper either. Pebbly is more the description I am looking for. Something easy to wash. Any thoughts?

I know that this isn't any help, but I used something that gave your desired results in the battery tray of my motorhome. I'll dig around to see if I have a partial can left and let you know if I find it.
