Scotty,
Can you expand on the statement "speed map is not recommended for bigger tires"? I have the Admiral A4 with XCT48500 Alltrax that I installed in 2016 that yields a solid 18-19 mph on level hard surface. I was thinking about trying the new speed map but I have 23 inch tires. Your thoughts!

To the OP: I have been very pleased with the Admiral motor, the A4 is very strong in torque.

Call Alltrax, they wrote the map.
It was explained to me that the could get too hot. Of course you could test it if you kept a close eye on motor temp. I tend to advise on the safe side when it comes to motor and mapping selection.

I'm looking closely at this motor to couple with my XCT400 but if you are only getting 19MPH with 23" tires, I'd be crawling with my 18" tires.

Expect speed up to 20mph with stock tires (MOT-A4T ) This is a monster torque motor so I would not suggest it for stock tires unless you are climbing pikes peak. The A2 will give better speed and adequate torque for 18s all day long. For shear speed use the A3 FSIP motor

Awesome and thank you for letting me know. My A4 will be here tomorrow.
