If your batteries were not "freshly charged", give them a fresh charge, unplug the charger and allow the voltage to stabilize for 12 to 24 hours. Then retest each battery to determine its voltage / state of charge. If your good batteries are at or near 100%, you could get away with purchasing two "used and tested good" replacement batteries to replace the bad 4-4.5 volt ones. Or if you budget allows, replace all the batteries and with good maintenance / charging practices, you will enjoy several years of good carting. And if you really want to "go wild", replace all the batteries with a lithium battery pack, battery management system and lithium charger. |

your batts are likely toast...check them individually under load-probably time for a new pack!!! most likely solve all your problems....
