Buzz from motor TXT48
Hello fellas,
I posted a week or so ago about my battery pack. It's mixed pack of Trojan batteries consisting of years 10, 14, 17 Anyway while riding today the pack voltage was at 48.9 which I believe is close to 50% charge. Anyway, at high RPMs I started to hear a buzz coming from the motor. Could this be a low voltage issue? Its been making a horrible sound low grinding type sound when slowing down since I got it and I assume it's the input shaft. Would that have anything to do with this new higer pitch buzz sound I'm hearing at high RPMs? This sound is different than the new high pitch buzz that I just started hearing while at high RPMs. That's for your help! GL |

Re: Buzz from motor TXT48
Update: charged it up and tested it out and that buzz sound was gone. Whatever it was it apparently was a low voltage issue.
Looks like them ol' 8 year Trojans have one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel. |
