Charger problems
I am having a problem with my charger reset button popping after I connect the charger. My wife unplug the charger from the wall outlet but did not unplug it from the golf cart and it was like that for about 15 hours not sure if that had anything to do with it or not.

Re: Charger problems
Probably need to install a new breaker. They get weak sometimes. Dave at Revolution Golf Cars has them.

Re: Charger problems
Agreed, unless there is a short, probably weak breaker and that is common. Put a whole kit in it... https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/charger

Re: Charger problems
What charger do you have?
On the powerdrive chargers the relay in the charger cuts AC power when the charge cord is unplugged from the cart, so the charger can stay plugged into the wall indefinitely. It doesn’t need to be unplugged from AC power. Leaving it plugged in has no effect on the charger. It is somewhat common for the breaker to fail. It’s also common for the diode set to fail and cause the breaker to trip. |
