RXV Serial Number
Wife went to get insurance on the cart and they need the serial number. Only number I can find is on the steering column and it's unreadable (see pic). Is the # on the frame anywhere?
Insurance seems decent at $75 a year with the same coverage as our vehicles. |

Yes, I have seen them on two places on the frame. One is up on the front part of the frame, behind the driver side tire(if memory serves me right) and the other is on the frame behind the controller, almost impossible to see unless you have the controller out. The one up front should be easy to spot.

It's also laser engraved into the frame itself at the rear. The body usually must be removed to read that one. The cops read that one when the serial number decals have been removed/defaced or are unreadable.

Just crawl under the cart look on the passenger side frame. Not hard to do.

Front left side behind tire. Right rear on top of frame rail, both visible with no disassembly, with wheels on.

Again, thanks to all for the help.
During my search I could only locate the one behind the drivers side front wheel. Couldn't find anything on the frame behind the passenger side rear wheel, or anywhere else on the right side. I'll give another look one day when I get it back into the garage.The number on the steering column (what I can read) isn't even close to the one behind the wheel. Odd and a little concerning. |
