Cart bounce
I have a bounce/vibration in the rear end of my club car. I have tried different tires but that didn’t fix it. When I jack it up I can visibly see the passenger tire bouncing up and down so I’m thinking a bent axle or bad bearing. The wheel feels tight I cant feel any slop in it.

If you spin the wheels while off the ground you see one of them wobbling then chances are you have a bent axle. I would suggest while looking for the wobble you focus on watching the wheel itself not the tire.
