Default Power Drive charger clicks on but voltage doesn't move

I have a 96 club car ds with newer batteries. The power drive charger has seemed to have failed. When I plug it into the cart the charger clicks but the voltage does not move and doesn't charge the cart. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

So either the charger has an issue or the OBC does. I would reset the OBC by taking the main pack negative off for about an hour, then hook it back up and see if the charger works. If that doesn't do it, probably need to change out a couple of charger parts. Site Sponsor Revolution Golf Carts has all of the rebuild kits needed.

And, make sure the charge wire from the charge receptacle to the main pack (+) on battery 1 is connected.

Is ti plugged into the wall?
Is the breaker on the front of the charger tripped? The button has a white spot that shows when it is tripped.
If not, Can you hear the transformer in the charger hum when it clicks on?
The relay in the charger uses pack power from the Red charge lead, so if the relay clicks, the red lead is connected, but make sure it is connected to battery #1.

The DS has a fuse on the negative side that if blown will also cause your symptom.

Check if fuse #6 in the charger receptacle below is good:
