Question Plastic Guards for Seat Bottom?

For some reason these are not easy to find on the Internet. I would also welcome alternatives.

Funny I’ve almost always just taken them off and thrown them out. They’re always beat up and don’t go back on right, the staples are always horribly rusty, etc. I’ve never had any issues with them wearing paint, wearing through the new vinyl, or any negative effects.

I'm just worried about the edge of the new seat cover where it wraps over the wood at the bottom, seems like that area would be prone to rips and tears over time. Especially at the front edge where you hook/unhook/take the seat on and off. Went to the hardware store today looking for something to use as an alternative...found some stuff that may have worked...but didn't find anything that I was comfortable with. Was just looking for a simple piece of thin plastic L-channel of some kind.

Try this https://golfcartpartsdirect.com/Category/554.

Looks like the same parts list but it does have some part numbers on the parts you are looking for.
