ezgo charger receptacle questions
i just got a new ezgo txt that came with no batteries or charger receptacle. i got the new batteries and installed them. I have a few questions about the charger port and where all the wires go. coming out of the wire loom i have a male and female spade connector that i dont know where they hook because there is nothing close to them or do they just hook together. I understand the white/red wire goes to the main positive and the black wire goes to the main negative on the battery pack but there is also a red wire with a female spade connector on it coming off of the white wire that goes to the main positive. Where does that wire go? Any and all help is appreciated.

Connect the two together at the receptacle. The one at the end of the loom should plug into a wire in the factory loom just in front of the controller

If it is a series cart it will go to the top of the shifter and connect to the red wire on the micro switch. If PDS cart it will be in the loom feeding the controller
