ideas for a 4 inch lift for a DS
I have several DS models so sometimes get a little foggy on what fits what.
I would like to lift a 96 about 4 inches in front to make room for 10x22 inch tires. I already have the rear lifted and longer shocks. I really dont want to use a spindle lift or Z cut,but am open to others. I think I will need to move the assembly forward for the 22s to clear. |

All Sports super sport double A-Arm kit is the way to go. Those 22s will fit without issue.

I raised my Precedent 6 inches and had to install a step so that my wife could get in without complaining.

You can ask Dave Hicks at Revolution Golf Cars but it probably won't make much of a difference in price.
For the rear, the kit only includes blocks and 4 U-Bolts (2 per axle... which I highly suggest doing if you haven't already; it helps prevent the axle from rotating ). |

for some reason I have a couple extra sets of blocks,I must have made years ago plus the ones on it now. U bolts from many of the jet ski/boat trailer rebuilds Ive done. |

Re: ideas for a 4 inch lift for a DS
When I needed to fix a fubarred home brew lift kit rear end (they made a z for the front which was solid and fine but they used about 2 foot long shackles to “lift” the rear) David referred me to all sports customer service directly. I just needed/wanted the rear lift parts and I think it cost me something like 80 or 90 bucks shipped to my door. Just to give a general idea of what it might save off the list price only getting the front.
