New Controller Wont Go
2002 Club Car DS. Upgraded the for/rev switch to heavy duty, worked fine. Updated the solenoid to heavy duty 200amp, worked fine. Replaced the stock 225a controller, Curtis 1204-410, with a 500a Curtis 1205M-5605, and now it wont move forward or reverse. Called tech support (BU) and after he had me run a few voltage and resistance tests and then told me my MCOR wasn't getting the correct signal and would need replaced. Could this just be a simple case of the wrong throttle type programmed before they sent it to me? I know my cart is a 5k-0 throttle type, which should be selection #2 for the Curtis 1205M, but just not sure if I need to drop another $170 or if I'm being bamboozled. Any help would be appreciated.
