2014 rxv jerks and locks only in forward past 1/2 throttle
New motor, new brake, new batteries. Only thing I’m afraid that could be the culprit is my new tech put too long of bolts in the motor brake. I’m afraid it went into the windings. I measured them on a separated motor and it’s possible the bolts touched them but did not penetrate. Cart runs fine in reverse but the brake doesn’t respond well.

You should use the right bolts ( 6 x 60mm ).

I swapped to correct bolts. No errors are showing up.
