1997EZGO TXT 36v Series Slow to Respond to Pedal
New to me, 1997 EZGO TXT 36v Series Cart
Issues: When you first press pedal it does not respond (either in Forward or Reverse) You can hear solenoid click but cart doesn't move. If you press the pedal multiple times (4-5) OR just hold pedal down (couple of seconds) it eventually responds. After driving it for a few minutes it works completely normal until sitting again for awhile. Almost as if it has "warmed up" or like a capacitor had to pre-charge. Cart came with new (10/21) batteries. After replacing the following, issue still exists: 4g Cables New Solenoid New Pedal Micro Switch NEW Inductive Throttle Sensor Bypassed Reed Switch Cleaned/Replaced all wires & terminals. Cleaned F/R Switch and checked tightened all connections Pack Voltage 38.2 Individual Batteries 6.7 or 6.8 Any thoughts? (I've searched Forum and run down anything previously mentioned) |
