Default Precedent Charge Plug

I have a 2010 Precedent and it is extremely difficult to plug the battery charger cable into the charge receptacle. Any suggestions on what's wrong/fixes?

Thanks

A small dab of dielectric grease may help.

Spray electric contact cleaner in the sockets. Blow it out with compressed air.
Small dab of dielectric grease on the pins of the charger plug, or a quick shot of silicone spray in the receptacle.
If that doesn't fix it replace the receptacle.

I had same issue. I bought a new jack on Amazon and just installed the back portion female side as I didnt want a high resistance connection. changed out the back of receptiacle plug and play. And then put a new plug on charger.. Just to be safe.
