96 48v Series w/ Electronic Controller & Vglide
Guys,
I have been humbled with my troubleshooting on this one. Hooked it up to a 48v pack that's charged on a summit II with voltage in the 51-52v range. Key switch on, selector set to "F", press pedal slightly to check for solenoid click, all good there. Continue pushing pedal and nothing. I check vglide, resistance readings look good, starts at a touch over 5K and drops to .5K at full throttle. Pulled F/R switch and check it out, looks good. It's clean and shows change of state when shifted. Checked microswitches too, they're good. I don't want to assume controller or motor just yet, but so far it's looking that way. Any advice on how to proceed from here? Any and all help is appreciated. Respectfully, CGSteve |

Re: 96 48v Series w/ Electronic Controller & Vglide
Okay, digging in further it occurs to me that I have confused something...my cart does not have the v-glide, it has the CVP. I have purchased the shop manual and will work from that.
Thanks for all of the help. |
