Default Club car ds stuck in limp mode!

Please help
2007 club car ds 48 volt

It’s stuck in limp mode
Replaced

F/R switch
Mcor
Speed sensor and magnet
Batteries
Had controller tested
Solenoid
It’s still stuck in limp mode goes 7mph in forward and 3mph on reverse

In my experience, this is usually a speed sensor issue. You can usually test that the speed sensor is working by turning on the key and rolling the cart manually. The solenoid should click and the cart should resist motion. (at least mine does that) The thing that triggers that is the speed sensor. It's a safety feature to prevent the cart from rolling away if you don't put on the brake.

I just tried what you said and the cart moves freely with out any resistance the speed sensor and magnet

Sounds like a defective speed sensor. The push test is how I always determine if it's working. Some controllers go into Limp Mode if they don't see a signal from the speed sensor.
