Not Charging
I've verified my charger is working, but when I hook it up it's not showing it's charging. (Needle on charger doesn't budge) The fuse appears fine and I've checked the wiring. Anything I'm overlooking?

Re: Not Charging
Need to know what kind of cart and voltage. Check your total voltage readings and repost your findings.

Re: Not Charging
How did you verify that your charger is working? Did you use another cart to test?
If yes, and everything works as designed then your problem lies on the cart side. As suggested above, check your pack voltage; also twist and lightly pull on the wires from the receptical (cart side)to the pack to verify integrity. I've run into more than a few chargers where the needle on the amperage gauge craps out, but the charger continues to work. Does it hum/buzz when plugged in? |

Re: Not Charging
Assuming the charger is good, and all wires to recepticle are good, and battery voltage is good, would we next assume the OBC is bad? And if so it would be a good idea to do a bypass test correct? And if it charges doing a bypass then we should replace the OBC, right? A friend of mine just had this problem yesterday, new bats and cart running fine, checked on two other chargers at the club and nothing. He has new bats because this was an ongoing problem that ruined his old bats.
