I think column 10 is for safety chains. Column 9 is triple tow.
That mean here in SC, we can not do it.

I was counting the states as a column, but either way, the list is there.

I had a officer tell me long as i had chains and lights he would not mess with me pullling behind a 5th wheel. Same officer said dont worry about a poundage tag either.

Are you referring to the triple semi-trailers?

UPS,FED-X,RPS,etc...are pulling Pup-Doubles with a Convertor-Dolly.That is a little different.Under Federal-Regulations they are within the legal overall -length to haul doubles from terminal to terminal only,on Interstates,Expressways, and certain Routes to get to the terminals.Full-Size Doubles/Triples are limited to Main Interstates only(in NY Rt.90 NYS-ThruWay).Triples are only allowed in a few states,Most Interstate Doubles and Triples are 53' trailers.

The last column shows reciprocity. So in my case it would be legal for triple in tenn and it is a reciprocity state. Alabama and Florida don't allow triples but are reciprocity states. Georgia says no triples and not reciprocity. So would I be legal going to Florida from tn if I avoided ga?
