So I bought this brake drum
on ebay from a seller in my state. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ez-Go-Golf-C...7f648c&vxp=mtr
First of all, when it came, it looked a little different than my original drum in that the face was steel (not black painted) and it had two opposing holes between the lugs (instead of one). I installed it and it appears to be way out of round. Anyone have any experience with these? Are they not OEM? My basis for comparison is my old drum was fine, but moved it to the other side for diagnostic to determine the other side had an out of round drum. This one, however, is way worse than my older out of round one. Also, I spun it with my hand and installed it on the axle at different radial positions, but the dips seem to occur at the same point on the drum. --Dave |
