OK, great weekend at the beach. First thing I did was crawl under the back of the cart and adjust the governor (I have since figured out that I went the wrong way but I am not telling). The wife and I drove around the complex and it idled much better. I do not know why but it did and the wife was very happy. The previous owner had just installed new belts. I do not know if they needed to "run-in" some or if the seafoam that I poured in the tank last weekend helped the idling. I didn't do much else other that installing the side mirrors. The wife was happy so I left well enough alone. Thanks again for all you help.
