I don't if this helps, but I have a 1989 36v
Upon taking motor apart to resolder a wire terminal we notice deep groves in armature so we made a homemade lathe and turned armature down where brushes ride.used a file mostly.Also used cordless drill set up to turn Armature on lathe. Kind of a poor man thing but it worked out pretty good. I should have taken pics but was in a hurry. |
