Re: Upgraded Controller & Sol... Problem now
Seems like strange readings from Vglide multistep pot. Especially the part where they peak and drop off at full throttle. Where those tests done in reverse gear by chance?
Can you try the 200k range to verify those readings? Maybe Sergio or David can help make sense of these readings. |

Re: Upgraded Controller & Sol... Problem now
I agree something is wrong with the test, what were the color of the wires You were measuring?
We just saw someone recently with a non-OEM MCOR that had some strange new internal PC board setup that displayed a strange anomaly in the readings. I believe the best diagnosis for that was a warped or "out of the same plane" motion of the MCOR wiper that created a separation from the board during travel. Does this cart still have a Multistep 'V-Glide'? |

Re: Upgraded Controller & Sol... Problem now
Okay... Here we go...
Cart turned on... Using Yellow and Green from controller (small wires) With cart in F: 0 throttle @ 20K = .07 FULL throttle @ 20K = .04 When I installed the controller did I possibly switch cables? See attached picture. |

Re: Upgraded Controller & Sol... Problem now
Do You still have the MultiStep potentiometer (looks like a V-Glide) for throttle?
Those readings would not be possible with that throttle since the initial reading (pedal up) would have been 0L or open circuit. If You do have the MultiStep potentiometer, disconnect the 6-pin connector by the Multistep and measure the resistance between the Yellow and Black pins (on the MultiStep connector) from pedal Up to Pedal Down. |

Re: Upgraded Controller & Sol... Problem now
If you're unsure about the V glide question a picture showing all 6 battery tops would suffice.

Re: Upgraded Controller & Sol... Problem now
If it is an MCOR, You will have a 2-pin and a 3-pin connector at the MCOR.
Disconnect the 3-pin connector from the MCOR and measure the resistance on the MCOR pins that correspond to the Yellow and Black wires from pedal Up to pedal Down. |
