Very important that you have some positive camber at "no load". With a driver or passengers then driving forward the camber should go to zero. I also like zero toe in on the alignment for testing.

Dave, by positive chamber you mean top of tires tipped out?

Yes positive camber is top of the wheel tipped out for readers here's some clarification positive camber \ / negative camber / \ toe is different than camber

Looks perfect!! It will get softer with driving it!!

Now set the toe like Block said!! But your probably going to have to set it 2 or 3 times, as it settles!!

And,,, You need to be working on carpet!! Like Jim and I do!!...
We're real sissys!!......

Thanks Spicy..just making sure

Thanks Mike.. yes I will be resetting it again after I get my rims and tires for it.. I robbed them off the EZGO, just so I could check suspension and get a look at it on the ground.

Carpet is an added touch I like that idea.. I'm using a foam rubber pad for my old sissy worn out knees

A note about atv shocks is they may not be as hard as GC shocks. Atv are made to have sag in them and more travel so they will not work like the GC shocks.

I went with the 1/2" shaft collars and the front end is standing up now..not much movement now, the rear has good movement though.
