With two people on the cart it still leans out pretty good. The guy who looked at it at first thought the axle was bent, but he said that didn't appear to be the case. HE said there was no adjustment and that is why he thought the king pin bushings might be worn causing the issue, but both sides bow outward about evenly. Really it doesn't have a front axle per se.

by bowing out do you mean the tires look like this / \ when looking at the cart from the front? if so then its your shocks they get old and worn out and sag allowing the front end to sit lower

king pins and bushings easy job. I used a large nail with the point flattened to push out the pins. Then everything just slides out. I used a socket from my wrench set to drive the bushings out.I believe it was the 7/16 that would just fit the hole the pin fits in.

Hey, been following this as I have no experience on Yamaha and wanted to learn and help if I can.

Learned that there is no camber adjustment on Yamaha.
Uses single sway arm suspension and shock spring, length and strength govern chassis height.
Some positive camber is expected when unloaded.
New shocks can take time to settle in.
King pin and bushing replacement is fairly easy.

You said in your other thread that you replaced shocks all around.
Found this info in another thread somewhere:
"Front shocks on my G2 are exactly 10.5 from center of top bolt to center of bottom bolt on the cart.
Rear shocks off the cart are exactly 12 from center of top bolt to bottom of bolt."

Is it possible that you have the front and rear shocks swapped?
This would cause an excessive positive camber due to longer front shock.

That's about all I can offer and have learned some stuff.

At least you don't have this guys problem.

Not exactly sure about the G2 suspension, but on a G16, bad inner "A" arm rubber bushings could cause this condition. In any event, I think the cause of your problem is probably bad rubber bushings and not king pins. My $.02. Good luck - RAY

You can check by jacking up the cart to let wheels "hang" on the suspension, then lift the bottom of the tire up and down with a 2x4. Look for where any play/looseness is coming from. - RAY

It should be item 4,20 - the part number is the same
I guess there are two pieces on each side so that would be four total on the arm.
Not sure about that, there could just be two, one on each side.

YUP Those are the parts that I suspect are bad. Thanks, Raystar, for the picture. RAY
