I think I have decided on not doing a lift because of stability issues. I am going to do CC-John's idea of the 4 leaf springs for the rear, and then taking out 1 of the springs and installing that one in the front for extra stiffness in the front. These really do get a little squirrelly above 25 mph with the body rolling and all
As money permits I would like to eventually go to a 20" low profile tire, but it will be a while before that happens, wallet needs to recover a bit.

I have a 2005 club car,it is a 36 volt and runs about 19 MPH. What needs to be done besides the motor rebuild for more touqe and speed. I live in The Villages and the cart has a lot of power drop on the hills,even though there's not a lot of them.

Convert to 48 volt!
