I’ll bet it’s the ignition coil. They are usually pretty cheap to replace if you can find a good generic replacemnt.

Still waiting . . . They have replaced ecu and harness now. Still has same issue.

My operations manager only buys cheap. I know all about oem, I build Jeep's. I try to tell this guy you can go cheap on Alot, except a handful of electrical parts. Period!

And now. The dealer can't even find the issue.... It amazes me how the call themselves licensed professionals. I can throw parts at it to.

Still waiting. The dealers here in Florida, are crazy. I personally went thru this whole cart. Like you said and we have all thought...there ain't that many possibilities of issues. It discust me that they pull this on customers. Because they are covering it under warranty they fix it when they want to. Which is bad for a customer and a company. This cart rents for 125$ a day here, many days we are out of carts. The dealer doesn't care. This will be the last service for this dealer, and our last purchase as a company. Unbelievable.
