rebuild kit/ used engine

looking for a rebuild kit or decent used gas engine . I havent torn the engine apart yet ( Kawasaki 341cc). It locked up on me a couple of months ago. The cart is old '91 club car and probably was run HARD before i got it. Any response would b greatly appreciated. I live in East Central FL.Thanks,Doug.

IMO, I would highly recommend tearing the engine down and making sure it is worth rebuilding before you order anything at all.

Agreed, it is very old and probably ran hard. I will pull the engine today and find out the reason for the failure. Thanks for the reply .

Did you ever get it going? I have an old flathead kf82 out of 91 gas cart. Pulled it to replace with larger motor. Was running when removed. It did have rod go through block in previous life before I owned it but was repaired and ran fine for me. I am in north Merritt island. Wouldn’t be opposed to letting go of it...

If he does not want it I would like to have a chance to buy it. Another member here agreed to sell me one weeks ago and I have not heard from him in a month.
