Default 2006 club car precedent starts with solenoid only

Hi . I have a 2006 club car precedent . It will only start with jumping the solenoid . Replaced it thinking it was it . Same exact thing . Took the old solenoid and tested good . Traced all wires are good . Any ideas ? Thanks

Key On Check voltage on the small posts of the solenoid. Should have 12v on both sides.
If no voltage, check fuses, and check for voltage at the key switch.

Should have Blue and Orange on the solenoid Small posts. Blue is 12v from the key switch.
Orange is negative that goes to the throttle switch (GCOR) on the pedal assembly, and then to the limit switch on the shifter.
If you have voltage on both, Press the throttle down and check for 12v on the Green wire at the limit switch on the back of the shift lever. If you have voltage reaching the limit switch, either the limit switch is bad, or is not being activated by the cam on the shifter mechanism, or the ground connection for the limit switch is bad.

If no voltage at the Green wire, the GCOR may be bad. Pull up the rubber floor mat on the drivers side of the cart, remove the access panel behind the pedal assembly. You'll see a wire harness going to the Go pedal.
Unplug the connector with the Orange and Green wires. Use a multimeter set to Continuity test, touch the meter probes to the pins in the GCOR and press the GO pedal the switch in the GCOR should click audibly, and you should get continuity. If no continuity the GCOR is bad.

You can also verify by inserting a paper clip into the terminals of the harness connector and to jump the green and orange wire together. Put the shifter in N, turn the Key On and check for 12v reaching the green wire terminal on the shifter limit switch.
