Let’s talk belts
Have a 2002 Ds I’ve lifted 4” on a Allsports double a arm and 23’s, overall I’m happy with the carts performance had the driven clutch machined by cart parts plus and a power spring installed I’ve also rebuilt the primary.
I’ve noticed and confirmed that loading the cart on my trailer my belts slipping it’s about a year old but an aftermarket replacement for the Oem part number 1016203 belt. Been looking into a G boost belt not sure weather to get the 6203 or the 7188 heavy duty replacement belts or the 7189 severe duty double cog belt any one have input on either of these belts. Thanks. |

Re: Let’s talk belts
Get the severe duty belt from CPP. It’s worth the price.
I run the 1017188 from Club Car on all of my carts because its a lot less likely to slip when it gets wet, but I’m just running stock clutches and stock wheels. The one from CPP is almost impossible to slip, and some guys here have been running the same belt for 8-10 years without any problems. |
