Vacuum problem
I have a 1990 Yamaha g2 engine. I have a question about the valve vacuum control. Does this valve control the fuel pump?

Re: Vacuum problem
I'm not sure what vacuum valve you're referring to, maybe post a photo?
The fuel pump is controlled by the vacuum pulse from the engine cycles. Are you not sure where the vacuum pulse hose connects to? On the fuel pump there should be 3 hoses. *one hose sucks fuel from the fuel tank *one hose pushes fuel to the carburetor *one hose connects to the vacuum port on the engine. |
