Chevy, forgot to mention I didn't trim the front ones just ran the lip of the beveled edge even with the inside of the fenderwell.

Dang I might run into problems. I had to dremel out the inside lip on the front so my 12's would turn left and right without scrubbing. I only had to do it in the middle so maybe I can get away with less screws. If not, guess im screwed.

Chevy, you should be alright with less screws I think I went a little heavy on the screws. Hope it works for you. Send some pics when you get it done I would like to see how it looks on that airliner you call a cart lol.

I made some out of the black plastic border that goes around your yard,they have at home depot, if you heat it it will forum to the finder well,cant find the pics of it finished, but here's the stuff that I used--Make your own

Rib, that is what I was thinking of doing before I found the ones I bought. That stuff is more rugged then the ones I bought.

stainless nut and bolted with small washers to the body,and yes it's some tuff stuff holds up good came out nice-I can't find the pics of when I finished it, and I don't have that cart no more--
