charger issue
Hey Guys long time, anyone response asap will be great .. my buddy has a 2002 cc 48 volt ds and when he plugs his cart in it trips the little breaker on his power drive charger... any ideas.. and will it hurt for him to try it on my cart or vice versa or not a good idea.. thanks in advance

Try charges on each others carts, sounds like a charger problem.

Bad heatsink in the charger. Pretty inexpensive repair.
