Re: 98 club car clicking won't move.
is this a 48 volt cart? keep in mind even a clicking solenoid dosn,t mean its good.........that being said charge cart and than wait about an hour and than take voltage readings write #,s down then load test them and write #,s down and post them.......................than grab pull tug twist each cable to make sure they are clean and tight, if batteries and cables are ok jack rear of cart up and with a 6 gage cable make yourself a jumper .............jump the large post on solenoid turn key on put in gear press peral see if cart runs if so replace solenoid if your soleniod has a rersistor and diode mounted on soleniod check them....................does the cart charge? and does charger shut off automatic as its supposed to, so go thur these basic things 1st it can eliminte a lot of unnessary aggravation.........explain a little about the break down were you driving at the time?.....................post back findings.......................................... .
