Default OBC charger does not connect to batters

I am trying to charge a 1999 electric Club Car, batterys are good butt low and will not turn on the charger charger is good will charge other carts in looking I think I traced it to the OBC, but not dont know, I think 2 thing are wrong.

#1 there is no voltage on the gray wire to close relay in charger, and
#2 there is no connection from batteries to charger socket, I found no conductivity in the two black wires on the OBC, one goes to the charger socket and the other connects to the motor controller with the negative from batters.

Is there soming I can do

Welcome to BGW

do you have a DMM / Digital multimeter, you need to take a pack reading of the batteries, they may not have enough volts to turn on the charger

In '99 I think there are 3 fuses to check. One big glass fuse behind the Charger receptacle and 2 3/8th amp fuses in yellow in line holders. 1 behind the charge receptacle and 1 near the solenoid on the passenger side behind the batteries ..... hope this helps?

Check voltage at the charge port..... if all fuses are good do the OBC bypass test to confirm a bad OBC.

The Grey wire won't have any until the OBC says so. Try an OBC reset. If that doesn't work then your OBC is probly bad. You can wire around the OBC to check whether or not the charger/obc is bad. Search for it.

Check fuses like scotty said

The black wire coming out of charge recepticle has a yellow fuse holder, open it up and connect a jumper from the end coming out of recepticle to the negative on Battery 6 or the last one in series. Plug in the charger if it comes on your OBC is most likely TOAST.

Hope this helps

I have a DVM and have checked all fuses and wiring and found the OBC will not conect the charger to the batters, I got the charger to charge the cart with the OBC bypassed.
