might have found the problem
after everything i had replaced on the cart i figured maybe the problem with my forward might b in the motor so i pulled it out took it apart and found that i need new brushes must have a break in the wires somewhere cause no cont-unity between one set of the brushes but the other has it and if i mess with the wire it beeps n but the sparking from the f/r when i put it in reverse is still an issuse i will need to get fixed as well

When you get the motor repaired, my prediction is the sparking F/R problem will disappear.
