Thanks, there is more in the wheels than the whole cart, the controller, solenoid, and pot are from an old marathon my neighbor had. We got bored and pulled an old club car layin out back and decided what the hell. Dont mind the zip tie linkage, that was to see if we got full range on the pot before we made a linkage.

Bout 9". Once everything is said and done it will probably be bigger. In the one pic it is next to a cart with the 7.5"ss kit.
