Interesting thread...

I read it all.I'm having simular issues. This cart was running fine.My lot manager filled the batterys on these 5 carts, 08's, I bought. All 5 ran fine but water levels were low.He never fully charged the units I found out.He figured a couple of hours each was fine. This one cart didnt even get the couple of hours. It ran slower each day...according to him.Anyway...he drove it in the shop or tried to...then it just stopped. We pushed it in an put it on the charger.Charger would not start.I checked the batterys an they read from 9.8-10.5.So the next few days I charged each battery with a 12volt car charger.Got them to the point they would let the charger kick on.

Now...cart still wont run...no click...no nothing.

Need some help with this one...

Like where to start???

what is your battery voltage? and what is it dropping to under load? you only need one battery to crap itself under load to cause this so start by making sure they are holding up under load........................
