Didn't have any problems installing mine. Installed extra springs in the back just in case and the cart rides pretty rough in the rear. Check out custom carts.ca. They are in Trenton Ont. and are a real good bunch of people. If you were to order from them, you would save huge on the duties and customs. Just a thought......

Thanks.... I'm in Calgary so shipping seems to kill any "remote" deals on the seat. It's a pretty big item to ship.

PS from what I've read, the roof strut replacement issue only seems to be for the "old" pre 2000.5 models.

Were they aftermarket springs? I had a seat kit installed by the Club Car dealer on two of my DS carts (an MM Vehicles seat) and they put , what I assume to be, Club Car HD springs on and it rides great, and no sag .
