Default Gas type for 2006 TXT EZ-GO golf cart

I have a 2006 TXT EZ-GO golf cart, I am wondering what type of oil to use and how much, also where the oil drain is

On my 9hp Robins I use 10w-30, 1.5 quarts. If it's lifted, don't go by the dipstick.

On the left side of the engine there is what appears to be a triangular plate with 3 bolts. That is the oil drain and filter assembly. Remove and while oil is draining, clean filter (it's metal) with carb or parts cleaner and then blow out with air.
