Here is what I did on my TXT. I made and welded some brackets to the leaf spring mount plates, made my own frame and pinned the frame to the brackets. It was pretty simple and cheap. Good luck!!

Yep! It's very weldable steel. Just have to grind the black crap off first. Once you practice a few times on a scrap piece of metal AND as long as your settings are right you'll get the hang of it. Don't be skeered.
